One-time purchases — 7-day money-back guarantee

If the Unpuff app (and any add-ons bought with it) isn't right for you, email hello@un-puff.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You don't need to explain why. No files to return — it's digital.

Membership

The membership starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can try it before you pay anything. Cancel any time from your account or by email and you won't be charged again. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 7 days of that charge and we will make it right.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your card provider may apply currency conversion.

How to request one

Email hello@un-puff.com from the address you used to buy, with your order or the approximate purchase date. We reply within 2 business days.
