These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Unpuff (the “Service”), operated by Cafe Y Calle LLC (d/b/a Unpuff), 14 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33132, United States. By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

Unpuff is a digital product: a collection of anti-inflammatory recipes and meal-planning content, delivered in our web app at un-puff.com and available to download as a file. We also offer an optional paid membership that adds a weekly planner, a plate-analysis tool, a weekly check-in and a new recipe each week. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. One purchase or membership is for one person; do not share access or redistribute the content.

3. Purchases, billing & cancellation

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and may be presented in your local currency. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. One-time purchases grant access immediately after payment.

The membership is billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) after any free trial ends. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@un-puff.com; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual property

All recipes, text, images and software in the Service are owned by Cafe Y Calle LLC or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own cooking. You may not resell, publish, or distribute the content, or use it to train a machine- learning model.

6. Health disclaimer

Unpuff provides general wellness and educational information only. It is not medical, nutritional, or dietetic advice, and it is not a treatment for any condition. Recipes may contain common allergens. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before changing how you eat, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. No guaranteed results

Individual results vary and depend on many factors we do not control. Nothing in the Service or our marketing is a promise of any specific outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cafe Y Calle LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes & termination

We may update the Service or these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
